In a multi-storey Robina home, we assessed a Daikin installation with a refrigerant fault. The existing indoor units held pressure and were retained. New refrigerant pipework was installed through difficult access to replace the concealed connections, and the system was pressure-tested and left operational. The project illustrates why diagnosis can reveal an alternative to replacing every component.
Restricted-Access Ducted Replacement in Southern Brisbane
A York indoor unit was replaced in a ceiling space with approximately 550 to 600 mm of clearance. The old equipment was separated for removal through the return-air opening. We installed a two-piece Samsung indoor unit and new insulated supply plenum, reconnecting the existing return-air box. This project was in southern Brisbane.
